A honey and gingerbread scent
Many thanks to Nick for the bottling of Musc Gardénia: Berke Khan :-) In fact, I seem to like the Ensar Oud fragrances surprisingly well today and none of them fail me, which has happened a few times before. The longevity is strong at around 12 hours and the sillage is also convincing.
The top note starts with a lot of honey, pepper, resinous cypress and green-herbaceous rosemary. A gingerbread with a honey glaze remains in the heart note. Floral notes of blue lotus, mimosa, frangipani, gardenia and lily of the valley then creep in. The base has a rather subtle, pleasant and subtly animalistic scent of oud. Sandalwood and musk round things off nicely with balsamic and sweet aromas. The honey can still be detected here.
