You shouldn't expect much for the money and if you don't expect much, you won't be disappointed!
I became aware of Jeanne Arthes fragrances through social media! As far as I know, we're dealing with very affordable, but still independent fragrances - so no dupes - that often have interesting scent pyramids!
Lavende & Vetiver (although the latter is not even listed here on EssenceVitae) is a sweet fragrance from the Jeanne en Provence range and costs around 10-15 euros for 100ml on Amazon and Notino! Assuming an average of 12.50€, the milliliter costs 12.5 cents, the spray about 2.5 cents! I don't tend to be a big fan of cheap fragrances, as the quality, i.e. the sillage and durability of the fragrances, often suffers - exceptions prove the rule! However, since even expensive brands like Tom Ford or Zarkoperfume sometimes release fragrances that smell extremely good but don't last long, there was no reason for me not to at least give the brand a chance!
The lid of the bottle arrived wobbly, but was apparently just not put on properly! The bottle is heavy and looks classically made to be "environmentally conscious", a simple paper sticker on the front, the rest a sturdy and thick olive green bottle, for the money you can't complain! The spray head is also fine!
The fragrance was initially very weak for me, but unfolds after a few minutes! What you notice immediately: it's not much more than a skin scent! However, it becomes stronger when it is briefly in the air and not only stronger, but also very pleasant! I hardly notice any lavender, perhaps slightly in the background, the main part of the fragrance is a very pleasant and well-groomed vetiver note, which is not cheap, certainly not alcohol-heavy and really very pleasant! Almost a bit of a fresh laundry vibe, the scent is quite simple, but clean!
Men, women? Clearly unisex for me! In the drydown (of the perfumes I have at home) it reminds me of Givenchy Gentleman Society! Why? Vetiver! The scent is very powdery, but I really like it! It smells Mediterranean, powdery, certainly somewhere sweet or slightly spicy, fresh or green! You can't complain for the money!
Keyword durability and sillage: the durability doesn't seem that bad to me, as a skin scent it is certainly perceptible for 4-6 hours, outside the 10 centimeter body radius it is generally difficult, at the beginning I hardly noticed it in the air on me, but on someone else I did, for that I would have to test it for a longer time first!
In a nutshell: for the money you spray yourself from top to bottom and the fragrance works! No cheap smell and Mediterranean vetiver vibes! The fragrance smells neat, powdery, pleasant and I enjoy smelling it!

A Boss fragrance to fall in love with!
I don't think much of most Boss fragrances because a) they are a little too mainstream for me and b) they usually just don't last very well or don't have good projection! The Boss Bottled Elixir is different! A woody lasting beast!
Beautiful, woody and sweet: I think Boss Bottled Elixir is almost niche and comes across much fuller and stronger than many other fragrances from the brand! Longevity and sillage are (at least for me) very good for a designer fragrance, it easily lasts for a working shift of 8 hours and is really noticeable for the first few hours!
BB Elixir is woody and smoky, but pleasing and not too extravagant, the incense comes through well! By no means a flat fragrance, the smell is high quality and anything but cheap!

Lemon meets honey!
A very sweet, yet citrusy fragrance! Smells nischig and for me like typical Mediterranean: the lemon/bergamot stays in my nose for a very, very long time, later sweet honey chords are added! For a Xerjoff, the Naxos is relatively inexpensive and is definitely worth the money with good longevity and sillage!
