With verve
Since I like to lie down in the beautiful soft Ambre Delicieuse, I tried Vetiverve.
I also wanted to plop into this fragrance - but it was like trying out the new waterbed of my best friend.
Wow - I jumped unsuspectingly onto the new couch - and had the feeling of having landed on a rock.
The good guy had filled it up so tightly that I rubbed my back painfully.
Vetiverve is not that hard - but it is not exactly soft and yielding either.
I do not hear any freshness, but earthy things that seem loose but dull.
The vetiver is green, but dry crumbly.
The myrrh adds further dryness - and the woods are also creaky.
A bulky fragrance that goes with verve - just not in my direction.
If at all, then only a men's fragrance - for downright loners - because Vetiverve is not very inviting.
