A wallet-friendly La Vie Est Belle
This fragrance is available in the drugstore at a very reasonable price and I think it's an absolute value for money animal.

The fragrance reminds me strongly of the original "La Vie est Belle L'Eau de Parfum | Lancôme". In fact, there are also a few parallels: the tonka bean, patchouli and orange blossom are listed on this website for both fragrances, albeit in different note levels of the fragrance pyramids.

in my opinion, however, "Nihan Elixir Absolu (Eau de Parfum) | Nihan / #QueensUnited" is more fruity, not quite as "heavy" as "La Vie est Belle L'Eau de Parfum | Lancôme", and somewhat fresher.

It lasts really well on my skin, which makes the price all the more surprising. I give it a thumbs up

No real alternative to Black Tie for me
I stumbled across this fragrance when I was looking for an alternative to "Black Tie | Celine".

I already own a few Lattafa fragrances, including Liam Grey, which is really close to "Gris Charnel (Eau de Parfum) | bdk Parfums", so I was curious to see if this fragrance would actually smell like Black Tie. I promptly bought a bottle from a dear perfumer (thank you!).

Ana Abiyedh Poudree smells, well, what can I say - quite good. But it didn't blow me away.

It is powdery sweet, but I can only detect a few of the notes listed in the fragrance pyramid.

For those of you who were hoping for a BT alternative, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. For me, the fragrance has almost nothing in common with Black Tie. I think I understand what some people mean when they say that the two fragrances have a similar aura, but even that I can only really agree with to a very limited extent. For me: apples and pears.

In my opinion, Lattafa makes quite good fragrances that are hard to beat in terms of price/performance. Therefore, this rating should not suffer from the fact that the benchmark was Black Tie of all things. At the same time, I am a little "underwhelmed".

Honey dream? Yes!
I was really pleasantly surprised by Rêve de Miel. I stumbled across it by chance, I had never heard of it before.

Rêve de Miel is pure honey. It's also sweet, of course, but I would argue that the sweetness doesn't steal the show here at all. The citrusy components give the whole thing a special, sophisticated twist, making the fragrance slightly spicy.

The fragrance is seductive and unique for me, as I have never noticed a scent like this anywhere before. The honey is nothing new, but the fragrance is still interesting.

You can't complain about the price. It's definitely worth a try!

The little sister of Love Don't Be Shy
Rolling in Love smells to me like a softer, modified version of Love Don't Be Shy. While Love starts out powerful, Rolling in Love is more subtle.

Both fragrances have a chewing gum-like quality. Do you remember the blue Hubba Bubba? I find a little of it in both fragrances. This is by no means to say that the fragrances smell bad. In Rolling in Love in particular, this aspect is subtle and gives the perfume just a tiny bit of youth, which actually flatters the rather grown-up and elegant fragrance.

I quite like it, but it probably won't be my new favorite.

Creamy and fresh
What can I say, I also fell for the hype and can understand why this fragrance has made waves.

Unfortunately, creamy fragrances are often too sweet (for my taste) or smell too much like fresh laundry or soap. Not bad in itself, but I think that the fact that Soleil Blanc doesn't smell too sweet or too soapy makes it a special fragrance.

With Soleil Blanc, the name says it all. It smells of the sun without smelling like classic sun cream. It is silky, just the right balance between creamy and fresh.

At the same time, however, I find that it sinks a little - at least on my skin - and is a little too incognito. The longevity is subterranean on me, so the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right at all.
