"Russian Musk II | Areej Le Doré" is very similar to "Mitsouko (Eau de Toilette) | Guerlain", "Habit Rouge Édition Limitée 2001 | Guerlain" and "Diaghilev (Parfum) | Roja Parfums". As soon as I smelled this, I was reminded of Diaghilev without the peach accord and a less lemony Habit Rouge.

I’m testing all four to compare and they are definitely in the same wheelhouse.

RM has great longevity and sillage is awesome but this is a rendition that can easily pass for Guerlain.

Purchased a bottle from the Personality collection.

"Elegantes Heart | Elegantes" is very similar to "Amber Aquilaria | Electimuss".

Scentwise, I would say about 80% percent identical. When I first sprayed Heart, I said to myself, this smells VERY familiar. I was racking my brain to figure it out. I went through my collection to pinpoint which fragrance it was….BOOM! My olfactory memory kicked in.

The main difference is Heart does not contain the medicinal oud of Amber Aquilaria. In my opinion, the oud smells like brand new band-aids which ruined the scent profile. Other than that, the dna is pretty much the same.

BTW, Heart and Amber Aquilaria are both created by Julien Rasquinet.

Overall, Heart is a very good scent but just know it is nothing new.

Strength is a mixture of "Tobacco Vanille (Eau de Parfum) | Tom Ford" and "Chergui (Eau de Parfum) | Serge Lutens".

Tone down the resins and swap out the vanilla in TV with a rich golden honey then remove the powdery facet from Chergui equals "Elements of Man - Strength | Ermenegildo Zegna".

Plain and simple. No need to type a long review. Smells gorgeous and if you can find it, get it. If you don’t like it, someone will definitely buy it. Maybe me….

This stuff is gorgeous. Period. I own two 100ml bottles, a 19ml splash bottle, a 50ml vintage Egoiste edt and a 50ml vintage Egoiste Platinum. I love this entire line.

During the 90s, being here in America, Calvin Klein was all the rage. I totally missed out on this beauty. I don’t know what got me interested in Egoiste edt, but I decided to buy a vintage bottle. This might have been one of my better decisions when it comes to blind buying. The beautiful notes of rose and cinnamon blew me away. It was divine!

Then I heard about Egoiste Cologne Concentree. Everyone stated it was a stronger version of the edt and it was imperative to get my nose on it. Egoiste CC is dense, slightly syrupy, and very sexy. This version is much more generous with the sandalwood, which gives it a very luxurious vibe. It smells of money and definitely has that Chanel quality and dna. I wish I could bathe in this and the fact this was created in 1992 but still smells relevant in 2024 is beyond me. Truly transcendent.

Egoiste CC is a signature scent and I will cherish my bottles for as long as I live.

Crab Apple Blossom definitely smells like a tropical cocktail. What you have are fresh citruses and an aquatic note that makes it smell slightly salty. Also there’s a sweetness in the fragrance that may be from the mojito accord and creaminess from sandalwood. It blends together and creates an intoxicating aroma.

I’m going to be honest, I do not know what crab apple blossoms smell like, so I do not know if it’s in the fragrance. Please forgive me.

Sillage is below average and performance is slightly above average. Maybe five hours max on a warm day on my skin.

Overall the fragrance is gorgeous and unisex, but you may want to spray on your clothes for better performance.
