it´s quite nice
It might well be that this is the last time when the Editeur de Parfums is contributing to the launch of a scent, for the brand.

Frederic Malle will leave the brand soon so I do wonder, how can you continue a brand with his name, without him as editeur?

- I am very surprised by how nice and easy to wear is this scent. It leans very feminine on my skin so I would say that if you are a curious man about this scent, do try a sample first and then buy. This is very long lasting, it will be with you for a full day, a nice feature for the non-oriental Frederic Malle scents.

Reminds me of? A bit of Sintra from Memo, but it quite unique.
Longevity / Silage: On my skin it lasts over 8 hours.
Versatility: All the time in the summer, it is a very easy to like scent and will work well with the hot skin I believe.
Seasons: It will shine in the warmer months.
Score: 8.5 / 10 – I like the creation, but it´s just not a perfume I would wear. It´s blended well and the perfumer is very creative.

Thank you for watching.

Jordi does it again .. not a bad scent
When you see Jordi Fernandez as perfumer, you know they are going to copy a top seller and add some fruity note on top.

Widian London is a Tuscan Leather with more Raspberry, Montblanc Explorer is an Aventus without Pineapple and Oud Maracuja is an Ombre Nomade with Passionfruit.
- When I saw Max Forti talking about this one as it´s the second coming of Jesus, it got me curious, why is he so passionate about an unknown brand which sells this 50ml/1.7OZ for about 215 € / 315$?
- I like the fruity aspect to it, with the bold Ombre Nomade vibes but are there really no more original perfumers available, the Oud Alezan from Hermés is also a copy of Louis Vuitton.
- If this was priced like Montblanc Explorer it would have been the deal of the century, but at 360€/410$ it´s a no brainer to just get the Ombre Nomade and enjoy life, it´s a much better deal.

Reminds me? Ombre Nomade, Oud Alezan from Hermés.
H/S: Very good, 8+ hours. But not as powerful as the Louis Vuitton.
Versatility: Wherever Ombre Nomade would go, this can follow.
Seasons: I think it can work well all year round.

Score: 9 / 10 – It is a gorgeous, oriental scent and more versatile than ON. If you like loud, oudy scents, this one will be a good addition to your collection.

Not too bad, another Rose Oud
This is one of the latest perfume from Hermessence so I was very curious to see how the latest from the premium line from Hermès is and I got a sample here, thanks to WitweBolte.

It has Oud, Rose, Rose water .. I imagine Portrait of a Lady - Frederic Malle going on a date with Ombre Nomade from LV and then having a baby, called Oud Alezan.

- It is true that copying is the highest flattery but that is all what Hermés can come with, a copy of two best sellers? I do wonder for whom was this scent created, what was their main client?
- This is the first scent from Christine Nagel which I like, but so far there was no creation of hers which I enjoyed. I do wonder, why such an expensive luxury house is neglecting their perfume business, I imagine the wealthy clients not caring at all how they smell, as long as it is the right brand on the bottle but still.

Reminds me? Ombre Nomade, POAL, Les Sables Roses, Oud Maracuja
H/S: Very good performance, it lasted beyond 10 hours on my skin.
Versatility: Wherever Ombre Nomade would go, this can follow.
Seasons: It will shine in the colder months.

Thank you for watching the video too :).

Not too bad for an Armani
I am lucky to have a sample, this came from Armani directly and I tried it a bit already in the morning, now I will give you my opinion.

I think Armani are in a bit of a creative break, because in the men´s line they have nothing worth purchasing.
- I liked very much the Essenza, and I believe they should bring that back to the market, but not watered down.
- I sprayed from this tiny sample in the morning on my wrists and one single spray, lasted around 6 hours with 2 hours of good projection.
- It reminds me a bit of Profumo, without the mineral incensy note

What does it remind of? Armani Profumo
Longevity / Silage: Projects for about 2 hours, then skin scent for + 7hr.
Versatility: A very versatile scent to wear all the time
Seasons: Summer mostly, with a nice t-shirt somewhere in a warm country.

Score: 8 / 10 – I like it, but it seems to be another copy paste flanker which makes me wonder why discontinue Profumo for this.

Thank you for watching !

Sometimes, a title does not mean much
So, the new Parfum is at 79% Alc. barely at the Parfum limit, assuming that only 1% is water inside it will have around 20% Perfume oil.

I hightly doubt that, though .. so it means that on the same line of Elixirs (which were actually EDP), this one is not what it leads it to believe that it is.

I enjoy the scent, it is very nice, manly and dark .. I remember the EDP quite sweet and uninspired, because there is also Spicebomb smelling similar. But this one here, it´s quite nice and unique for my nose .. Master Morillas did a good job and I will gladly have this novelty into my collection.
