Gingembre is absolutely nuts
One of my all time favourite perfumes, from my favourite designer private line

The closest perfume I can think of to this is Trajan from Electimuss - which is also a staple in my collection
Gingembre is slightly more refined, gently balanced and mature;
With ginger (wow who would have guessed) and white florals instead of blood orange and saffron
I own both and they feel very similar to my nose at first, but after about 30 minutes Gingembre becomes the the most perfect and unique floral ginger perfume

It might seem fairly simple from the notes, but it's complex and expertly balanced
The whole Atelier Versace collection smells quiet of quiet luxury
(the bottles do not, they are absolutely beautiful to behold. probably the best bottle design i've seen in person)
Gingembre is sensual and confident without being overbearing like a lot of gourmands can be
I get a lot more ginger and white florals than praline and vanilla, but the latter two do offer quite a bit of sweetness, body and a more serious aroma
Ginger and florals make this surprisingly light and wearable

Like Trajan it excells in all weather and is extremely versatile - just pls do not overspray lmao
I'm not sure I will wear mine to work bc it might be a bit too sexy for that, but one day when i'm feeling cute who knows
Good sillage without being suffocating - if you don't overspray this is ez to wear in summer
100% Unisex, but it leans very gentle fem
For $270 AUD from resellers this is an absolute steal, and a personal must own

I am so glad the perfumer in the Sydney Airport introduced me to Atelier Versace
I'd never heard of them before, and it's a crime that most other people haven't either
At first I preferred Santal and Safran to this, but now I can't decide between the three
So i'll buy them all >:)

Habit rouge pisses me off.
It's one of the only perfumes where the batch does actually matter
Also the EDT is by far the best concentration - I promise. The others smell really boring in comparison, and they're very different scents

Older batches from 2015/2016 or earlier with the metal lid are awesome
But the newer ones with rubber lids missed the point by toning down the fizz
This review is only about the older metal lid ones bc theyre worth looking for

Habit rouge has the perfect balance of
1. uplifting, fun and sexy pink fizzy notes
2. Smooth, refined and masculine patchouli leather and vanilla

This is a seriously good in every circumstance and every season
The scent is unique yet crowd pleasing, fun and sexy yet professional and grounded
A must include in my collection, especially for 'idk what to wear' situations
High quality and well blended as always from our boy Guerlain
Excellent performance for the price, ez 8 hours of decent projection

This is one of the best smelling, most uplifting and interesting summer scents I know
I can't stop smelling myself with this on

Yaringa perfectly balances the relaxing, sensual and sexy feelings you get from something like Initio Musk Therpay,
With the uniqueness and creative profile on par with Armani Prive Bleu Turquoise

Smelling this brings back very vivid memories of family holidays in Bali and Fiji.
Sitting down on the most perfect warm beach watching the gentle waves lapping around and grinning as a 6 year old

The saltiness is so refreshing and uplifting, like Bleu Turquoise but even softer and more sensual
The sensual vanilla and sandalwood add body and sexiness
Green fresh and aquatic spicy notes add complexity and a lil mystery
It's quite fruity but more like a fruit cocktail than any specific fruit juice
The gentle coconut and musk are so smooth and creamy that people will think you just have the best ever body scent

I found out about this perfume ages ago and was instantly obsessed with it
The DNA sounded amazing, the bottle is gorgeous and I love d'Elmar as a niche

I blind bought it recently (it's impossible to smell it here in Australia)
Yaringa smells even better than I hoped it would
It's so unique, I've never smelled anything like this
Could not be more stoked with this risky and expensive blind buy

Lasts 10 hours on my skin with lovely intermittent sillage wafting around blessing my colleague's noses
Lasts FOREVER on clothes though

This might both the best and my favourite from Adi Ale Van
This is some seriously sexy incense
(its also really easy to wear. office signature scent type stuff)

Airy and expensive smelling stuff
(It's 300 euro so you'd hope it smells expensive.)
Judgement Day is a perfectly balanced hyper masculine perfume with a lot going on for it's dna

While the incense feels dark it's actually very wearable
The lavender and floral notes are relaxing, peaceful and sexy
Vetiver and oakmoss add a lovely green body to balance it out without feeling 'dirty'
The 15 billion types of incense make for a very complex, expensive, mysterious and sexy masculine scent
There's a decent amount of sweetness in here that hits just right

Reminds me of Trudon Mortel Noir and Diamonitrion
Interlude is somewhat similar
I love all 4 of these, but I think Judgement Day is my favourite

Best of the best bottle
Extremely long lasting
Sillage isn't overwhelming or suffocating
Weirdly mass appealling for what it is
Strong, sexy and professional stuff
Your hot boss in a suit wishes they smelled like this

It's something of a masterpiece
There's not many bottles i would consider paying 300 euro for 50ml of smelly stuff,
But this is one of them

I absolutely hated this stuff at first.

It was a combination of my late grandmama's Animalic old person smell (sorry granny, but no one knows what nonenal means. i had to google it just now to find out);
Mixed in with her 80s rose fragrance, DIRTY oud spiced with a lot of animal excrement

But now
Oh my god this shit is a masterpiece.
(Pls excuse the pun, i promise it was an accident)

It walks such a fine line between;
1. The above mentioned grandma essence and barnyard oud
2. A hyper sensual gentlemen's musty office scent
With soft rose petals, expensive old leather couches that need to be cleaned but they're kinda cool because they're a bit dirty
It's very musty and reminds me of the my dad's office that we weren't allowed in as kids
With leather bound books that have been collecting dust for 10 years and have big words that I don't understand

It's not an entry level perfume
and if you don't like any of the notes listed you will probably find this difficult at first
but if you give it time I promise you'll change your mind
Please don't overspray though;
it's disgusting and selfish if you use more than 2-3 sprays

!! Surprise!! this is not a crowd pleaser
If you wear this to work people will think you smell weird at first
But on the 2nd sniff I personally guarantee they will fall in love with your rich masculine aroma
Unless they're like 99.99% of the population who doesn't spend half their income on smelly artisinal water

A personal must own, 10/10 masterpiece and the most engaging perfume I have ever tried
Adi Ale Van is 100% worth the hype.
I was so ready to be disappointed by all the tiktok posts but man, his sample set is one of my best ever purchases
