Melancholy to spray on - plus sun cream
I actually wanted to start the review with "The MSB needs time, because it starts very strangely. Almost plasticky, pungent but with a distant hint of warmth."
But.... let's leave that alone. MSB is not understood with the nose and scents, but with associations and the heart.

A lonely day by the sea, a slightly pebbly sandy beach, the temperature can just about be called lukewarm, but the wind makes it feel fresher than a glance at the thermometer would have you believe.
Although the sun is shining brightly, it is - like your own thoughts - far away. Blue-tinged and desaturated - powerless. The mood on this day is also gray-blue. The only company on the beach is weathered wood and the flask of rum waiting to be used again in your coat pocket. The salt content in the air is almost palpable and forms a grotesque alliance with the sunscreen that has been applied despite the almost autumnal weather.
You're alone, but not lonely. After all, you have yourself. It's more of a calm that envelops you on this beach. Like the cold, this feeling calms you and you think of past vacations.

A little more (subjective) classification :
For me, Miami South beach is not a perfume or "fragrance" - it's more of a smell. A feeling to spray on. In this case, melancholy. Few other perfumes manage to create such an intense feeling in me simply through the olfactory impression. It is certainly not a crowd pleaser, nor does it want to be. More like a somewhat reclusive nerd with an island talent - but who is always there when you need him.
