It's just advertising, as if the fragrance can do anything...
This is how the story began with the Pure Island fragrances, including this one.
While bored scrolling on Instagram, I saw the advertisement.
In typical EssenceVitae fashion, I immediately looked it up. Zack, opened EssenceVitae and had a look... hmm, neither the fragrances nor the house are listed, so it seems to be a little less well known. This aroused my curiosity, because I am always secretly on the "lookout" for the unknown fragrance that surprises me. So I submitted the fragrances to Research and ordered a sample set straight away.
So much for the prehistory, now let's get to the actual topic: the fragrance.
Ibiza starts with a pleasant, warm orange note, but not the usual orange blossom as is so often the case in perfumes, but a really beautiful, juicy orange.
The fruit was able to ripen under perfect conditions thanks to the sunshine and the pleasant year-round climate on the farm in Ibiza. This has resulted in a strong, yet balanced flavor.
After a brief individual appearance, pleasantly spicy and slightly balsamic notes are added by the myrrh, which blends in surprisingly well and underlines the sweetness of the orange very pleasantly.
Ambrette seeds add a very subtle powderiness, although this remains in the background.
The base of the fragrance is underpinned by a blend of warm, earthy patchouli notes and aromatic sandalwood. Both notes bring a pleasant warmth, but do not allow the fragrance to deviate too much from the actual fruitiness They merely serve as support and
the vanilla adds a slightly different sweetness.
I perceive the fragrance as a well-suited daytime companion for many situations, with good longevity (+8 hours) and a really present but never overpowering sillage. In my environment, the fragrance has so far only evoked positive reactions, was very well received (even by those not interested in fragrances)
I can imagine the fragrance working particularly well at temperatures up to 30°C. Due to April, I have only been able to test it at temperatures below 20°C with satisfactory results
Conclusion: If you want to test an exciting orange fragrance, I can confidently recommend this fragrance. It's not the usual freshie, but in my opinion it doesn't always have to be the usual spring/summer fragrance, even if I like and wear them myself. This fragrance offers variety in the theme and really exciting too.
To pick up on the headline again:
Sometimes it's not wrong to let yourself be influenced to discover new things, to be positively surprised
Thanks for reading ️

Please not the next irrelevant freshie.
This was my first thought when I read the scent notes for this fragrance..
The usual suspects should of course not be missing in a freshie:
Citrus fruits, ginger, maritime notes and, of course, bergamot. Hardly any fragrance...

Ouverture - A musical in three acts -
For a long time, this fragrance has been worth a review for me, as it has made it from a 2ml to a 5ml bottling to a bottle.
For me, Ouverture is like a piece of music, no rather a musical made up of various pieces of music composed...
