Scent where are you?

I saw the fragrance in a perfumery last weekend and had to spray it on immediately. I was really excited and couldn't imagine what to expect, especially as Kylie Jenner is more associated with cosmetics than perfume. Who doesn't know the Kylie Lipstick Kits, which had their big hype around 2016 and it felt like everyone had them or wanted them.

Back to the fragrance:

I sprayed it on a test strip first because I didn't know if I would like it and I didn't feel like smelling it all the time. The first spritz came *drum roll* and I smelled very little. Like now I thought to myself, what is this and smelled the test strip repeatedly. I could now detect a fresh breeze of blood orange. Fresh, citrusy and tangy, almost slightly herbal. I decided to spray it on my wrist after all. My curiosity was piqued.
No sooner said than done. I noticed it better and more strongly on my skin. The first scent that was also very easy to smell here was the tangy blood orange. As soon as it dried, the fragrance took a slightly sweet turn, which is probably due to the star jasmine.
But again, I have to say the sweetness doesn't last long. Amber, vanilla and cedarwood "warm up" the fragrance. It becomes slightly earthier and softer with a hint of spice. But all very, very subtle.

The dry down had - how should I define this? - a floral, slightly fresh and somewhat warm fragrance that was almost imperceptible to me. I could hardly smell the individual components. I'd like to say I hadn't smelled such a gentle fragrance for a long time.

Shelf life is subterranean. After less than half an hour, the fragrance was as good as gone. You could only smell it close to the skin, and only if I pressed my wrist a little harder against my nose. Sillage was zero, niente, nada. At first I thought this was an EdT, but it's actually an EdP.

Conclusion on this fragrance:
It's a lovely soft floral scent, not exciting or even decadent, you could say feminine, subtle and grown up. However, the longevity is not there and that is a shame.
I think the bottle is really beautiful, exciting and something different, but unfortunately I found the fragrance to be a bit lacking. Perhaps I would have liked it better with better durability and more presence.
