Synthetic, citrusy pina colada
Hello everyone,

today I'm going to say a few words about the currently most hyped fragrance from Simone Andreoli. This is a perfumer who has been attracting attention for a few years now with fragrances that are said to have a great quality and a high concentration of fragrance oil. You hear about this fragrance on every corner. So I ordered a small sample here in the souk.

When I sprayed the fragrance on for the first time, I was immediately struck by a great citrus and a light coconut. Gradually, the coconut became more and more dominant and the citrus faded into the background. My friend approached me directly when I came into the room. Are you wearing a new perfume again? She came to me and wanted to smell the Malibu Party in the Bay (man what a long name :)^^). She thought it was great.

After about 20 minutes, this fragrance becomes extremely synthetic for me and the coconut goes full throttle. I found it unbearable, so I had to wipe the scent off my arm, otherwise it would have given me a headache. This happens very rarely. I am disappointed. So at this point, once again, I would like to point out! Please always test the fragrances beforehand !!!^^. I think the H/S is very good. Will easily last 8 hours. But I can't confirm this, because I didn't last that long with the fragrance.

Conclusion:

I cannot recommend Party in the Bay by Simone Andreoli. Please test this perfume first (due to the points mentioned above). Oh well, after half an hour my girlfriend didn't like the scent as much as she did at the beginning. The first 10 minutes (i.e. the top note) are really great here

Otherwise, thank you for your attention.

See you soon

Hot summer day, at a party in the beautiful bay of California... it's time for Pina Colada!
Simone Andreoli is currently experiencing a lot of hype; as a burnt hype child, I have become more cautious. But after being very positively surprised by Vicebomb, I wanted to give Malibù - Party in the Bay a chance; and yes, I'm super happy with Simone Andreoli again!

The Malibù - Party in the Bay pursues the idea of an unforgettable party in the bay of Malibu, but was this idea realized well?
- Yep - for me, the Malibù - Party in the Bay is an ingenious Pina Colada mixed with a refreshing lime for hot summer days! A direct hit!

- The fragrance starts with an extremely fresh, sparkling lime. A really green, tart-sweet lime that really tingles in the nose and surprisingly dominates for quite a long time. Although the coconut is also slightly noticeable in the opening, the main protagonist in the opening is definitely the refreshing lime.

- This lime then blends visibly with the coconut note and after an hour the coconut becomes increasingly prominent, which is then rounded off nicely in the drydown with a great rum note. It is amazing how long the fragrance lasts, even if it becomes rather skin-deep after a few hours.

- The H/S is quite good for a spring and summer fragrance in my opinion, definitely in the upper mid-range of summer fragrances and also longer lasting and more projection than Virgin Island Water, with which it is also rightly compared.

The Malibù - Party in the Bay is a great realization of this "Party in the Bay" concept and shines with the "cocktail feeling", which the fragrance conveys very well. Well, of course, there is a bit of synthetics, even if the ingredients smell very good, I find the Virgin Island Water more natural and better in terms of content, but I would always prefer the Malibù - Party in the Bay because it simply smells more intense and has a much better P / L ratio on the 100ML.

Summer can come...

Smells like a breath of alcohol with 3 per mille
Unfortunately, I can't get anything out of the fragrance DNA and the fragrance in general from my side.
Fortunately, it remained with a bottling from the souk.

You'd think you'd had a wild night of partying and had shot up with mojitos non-stop.

You were so full that you threw up on your arms and clothes.

However, they continued to drink afterwards...

Unfortunately, somehow vomit vibes in combination with a whiff of alcohol

If you like it, please
It's not mine, sorry

Lime power with a delicious coconut water
A journey back in time with a wink.

I have the pleasure of testing the Malibu Party in the bay and am very pleasantly surprised.

A pinacolada instead of pineapple with a very strong limey start.

For me, the lime is strongly perceptible for a good hour and is slightly accompanied by the coconut.

After an hour, the lime fades and the coconut scent becomes the main protagonist, rounded off with a creamy note.

On my skin, the fragrance lasts about 6 hours, on the shirt after 12 hours perceptible.

The sillage is quite intense for 2-3 hours and slowly fades away.

As a teenager, I had a sunscreen that smelled almost exactly the same, but that was 15 years ago
I can absolutely recommend the fragrance.

For me the perfect fragrance for a cocktail bar in the evening or on the beach .

Have fun with the fragrance

Great lime and coconut cocktail in the style of Virgin Island Water
This fragrance has been very much hyped in recent years and months: The Malibu - Party in The Bay by Simone Andreoli. It is part of the Verses of Life series, which is already very fun-loving and fits in with this dolce vita lifestyle. However, this one clearly goes in the tropical direction, which I think is very cool in summer. This cocktail style is already quite up-to-date and simply looks very casual. It's not new, as fragrances like Virgin Island Water have been around for a long time, but if you want to be at the forefront of fashion, you can give this trend a try. I've been celebrating these "cocktail fragrances" for a long time, as they simply put you in a good mood in summer and are quite casual and fun-loving. Torino21 is also very popular, which is based on the mojito theme, but here you get more of a pina colada with lots of lime.
Simone Andreoli has a great range, which you can get at fair prices. Especially if you look out for discounts. I looked for this Malibu for a long time, as it was constantly sold out, similar to Vicebomb. After a long delivery time, it finally arrived and it was worth it.
Incidentally, I also have Creed's "role model" in my collection, so a small comparison can be made for those who are interested: The Simone Andreoli goes more in the cocktail direction, even if the two become quite similar in the later course. I still own the old 120ml version, so I can't say whether the Creed is still worth it after a few years. Here you definitely get a great alternative, which is a bit more casual and has significantly more sunny lime in the opening. With the Creed prices, however, you pay over twice the price.
This Malibu is worth the money: it comes in the usual box. Nothing special, but it has style. The bottle is also great. Quite large and feels great in the hand. Like the price, it's a mixture of designer and niche.
In my opinion, the Malibu fragrance is not quite as complex and sophisticated as the Creed, but it totally catches people with this lime that spreads a good mood. Very likeable and worth a test if you like this note in the leading role. You also get sugar and coconut, which simply fit into this cocktail concept. Rum is not so present, but you can't deny this creation a little dash of booze. For most hours it is an overdose of lime and coconut, in a positive sense. Later in the drydown, it becomes very woody, which is pleasant with this DNA and offers a great finish. Overall very round, especially after about 20 minutes I love this fragrance. Wearable all year round like all cocktail fragrances, but best with this summer-sun-good-mood vibe.
Performance is top. You get a strong sillage for the first 3-4 hours and then a decent to mild sillage for at least as long. Satisfactory for this genre.

You should know it if you like this cocktail vibe. Looks just as good on men as it does on women and is modern and absolutely casual. Anyone who likes lime and coconut should definitely try it. Great release like most of this great brand.

Lime, coconut and rum. Greener, more bitter than VIW, which balances the creamy coconut and the sugar. The rum gives an intoxicating facet.

A fresh and bright green-citric Summer fragrance, balanced by a slightly boozy and creamy sweet-woody base. Way better than VIW. 100% Unisex

So refreshing in the heat! It's bright lime with a slightly sweet, coconutty rum. Like wearing a Mojito. A summer fave!
