adr_ett is for me one of the most beautiful musk scents ... fresh-powdery-clear ... reduced to the essentials!

To the fragrance:
adr_ett starts dry powdery fresh with a very enchanting iris. A little peppery is the prelude. Musk's in the game too. Fluffy and cloudy :)
for me, adr_ett is a rather linear fragrance that is a bit sweeter in the base but never too sweet with vanilla and tonka.
I can't sniff ambergris out of here as much as I try. I would have rather predicted a woody component that would add woody tones to the musk.
I don't think of adr_ett as warm at all. It stays cool-fresh-powdery and that's a good thing.
Iris and musk in absolute harmony. Reduced to the essentials and that's exactly what makes this magical musk iris powder fragrance :)
adr_ett is one of the evergreens for me and cuts a really good figure in summer and winter ;)
The shelf life is a good 7 hours. The Sillage is unfortunately a little bit very quiet and I sometimes get a soft musk iris wind around my nose.
Unisex I'd say!
The bottle is plain-heavy and goes well with the cool fragrance. But for small hands it's a bit too globular and stupid to spray, one-handed doesn't work for me at all.
Unfortunately the bottle has no lid ... would not fit in this case either .

Conclusion:
Silver shimmer on the horizon ... cool freshness!
The morning mist captures the 1st light of the day.
Cool iris in harmony with musk. Beautiful!

Pssstt ... not only beautiful ... quite enchanting ... Iris powder musk friends ---> absolutely test :)

Powdery soft silver musk cloud

This fragrance was handed to me in the Hamburger Hof-Parfümerie for a test and I couldn't get it out of my head. It's always one of those things when you're out and about. With all the fragrance melange that you carry around with you on every available skin spot during the whole test, one or the other fragrance sometimes goes under. Depending on who screams loudest.

adr_ett does not scream. But he's there. At home I always had to think of him, I was annoyed that I didn't take him with me and wanted to get at least one bottling. But the dear EssenceVitae then immediately gave me his whole bottle! Thanks again for that!

Spray adr_ett and you get a silvery cloud. Synthetic, modern, clear. Interesting. Immediately - already in the perfumery - I noticed the musk. That's why I couldn't get him out of my head ;) In the first moment the Sillage is strong, but adr_ett becomes very fast very close. And then you might think, oops, he's already gone, but not at all. Over many hours a little cloud comes flying by every now and then, containing this pure, white, clear, fluffy, cotton-soft, silvery and powdery clean musk and bringing a smile to my face.

A musk the way I love it. Unsweet, soft, cuddly. Enveloping and providing a sense of security. A musk I like to wear all by myself. I haven't taken him for a walk outside yet. It's just mine. It's all mine. My sweetheart is allowed to sniff him, of course, and he loves to sniff him at me. I like to spray it on in the evening before going to bed, and then I smell it even the next morning. And smile blissfully at me...

Oh, it's beautiful! My favorite musk scent right now. Number one. If he was just a teeny bit stronger.... But I don't want to criticize. The way he is, he's wonderful. Point.

After all, it's all about the essentials

adr_ett begins intensively refreshing - powdery, but also discreetly flowery.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to our Parfuma "Elbchen" for the sample.

The first thing you can notice is an intense powdery, quite discreetly flowery note, which for some noses will have a slightly dusty touch, but in me it evokes the image of an old open book page and is due to the iris.

At the same time, the iris is very pleasantly accompanied by pink pepper, which is responsible for the fact that the iris gets a nice refreshing accentuated touch and does not appear dull, or even matt.

adr_ett has no real course, it only changes with time.

In my opinion, Helvetolide are present during the entire fragrance phase and provide a pleasant silky clarity, which brings a very light sweet aura and gives the fragrance a beautiful female note in combination with the iris.

Some time later the amber joins in and wraps the entire composition in a soft, light - balsamic, very discreetly dry woody aura
In the last 2.5 hours, a fine sweet nuance is perceptible, which gives the fragrance something cuddly and comes from vanilla.

The vanilla is surrounded by a delicate almond note of the tonka bean and ensures that the fragrance ends pleasantly "warming".

adr_ett is a wonderful year-round companion for young and older women who are looking for a powdery, clear and soft scent that lets you concentrate on the essentials.

In total, the fragrance lasts 7.5 hours on my skin.

The Sillage is conceived in the first hour in such a way that one is perceived well at half an arm's length and then it oscillates in such a way that one is perceived well at a quarter arm's length and this is maintained also 2 hours in such a way, before it reduces in leisurely steps, until the smell finally completely fades away.

A groomed impression of adr_ett

Adr_ett is quite a minimalistic scent. It's based on Helvetolide® (a synthetic musk molecule by Firmenich with aspects of pear and ambrette seed) and other notes are just emphasizing the different aspects of the main ingredient. Being sprayed on the skin it feels rather like a personal signature smell than a perfume. But even being minimalistic adr_ett feels quite complete with its fully developed aspects.

The opening of adr_ett gives me an elegant feeling of an iris perfume with a touch of sweetness of fresh watery pear. The musky aura triggers the associations with a fresh clothes and corresponds with a "neat" or "smartly dressed" meaning of the German "adrett". The "zero gravity" aspect of the scent appears to me as a sense of a soft cloud slowly floating above the ground. Adr_ett is subtle and transparent. stays close to the skin, but leaves an elegant aura and an impression of a groomed person which makes it a good scent for an office wear.

Side note: Helvetolide is a synthetic musk molecule patented by the Swiss company Firmenich in 1991 and named after Swiss Confideration (Confoederatio Helvetica in Latin) for its 700th anniversary. Helvetolide belongs to the generation of acyclic or linear musks. For the first time it was used in 1997 in Swiss Army scent sold on Swissair planes. It is an elegant and expensive smelling musk with aspects of ambrette seed and pear.

Often smelled, but state of the art

As some comments already show, this fragrance is not (or no longer) unique. It is reminiscent of fragrances such as You Eau de Parfum Per Sē from 27 87 (somehow can't be linked) 12 | Twelve Puro or Fleur de Peau Eau de Parfum
Of these fragrances, however, this one is the oldest if you look at the years of release.
The fragrances mentioned are sometimes more and sometimes less sweet or floral than adr_ett. Some of them have a more pungent musky note.
If you collect fragrances like this, i.e. if you attach importance to owning a fragrance with slight variations several times, adr_ett is an easy grab and blind buy.
Personally, I find adr_ett to be the most rounded of all those mentioned and therefore also the most beautiful of its kind.
Synthetic at first, reminiscent of steam from ironing freshly laundered linen clothes.
Then powdery iris? - reminiscent of school chalk.
The pepper note is only subtly present.
The base is clearly tonka and very light vanilla - not the sweet, gourmand vanilla... rather woody unsweet vanilla.
Generally not at all sweet for me, at most sweet.
