Lemon and mandarin were probably mixed up here

Hey, so I blindly ordered this fragrance based on the pretty good reviews and a few videos. i was looking for a summer fragrance with orange/tangerine So far so good. orange, or in this case mandarin, is also listed here.
I sprayed it on with great anticipation and was unfortunately completely disappointed.
Apart from lemon and the alcohol, I can't smell anything. 100% lemon, no mandarin....
Where are you dear mandarin? unfortunately still in vain after 30 or 60 minutes.

The fragrance is unfortunately very, very boring.
I asked friends after spraying it on and they also said it only smells like lemon and something is missing. it just smells citrusy fresh but without anything special.
Unfortunately a bad buy.
H/S Unfortunately also rather less good......
I will probably sell it again or put it in some corner as decoration.

Awesome aquatic citrus fragrance

The best summer citrus fragrance i have tried, it smells fresh, aquatic and citrus but very natural and uplifting i always like to smell it. it also comes with a magnetic cap which is a plus and the overall quality is good, perfromance above average. My best ever blind buy. Highly recommend!

Missioni Wave: summery beach vibes in a bottle

I received this perfume as a gift from my brother. The scent is fresh and aquatic and reminds me of sunny days at the beach.

The fragrance starts with your invigorating citrus freshness, reminiscent of a dip in the sea. As the fragrance progresses, it becomes creamier and sweeter without losing its freshness. The floral vanilla note gives it a unique nuance. It lasts around 7 hours on the skin, which is appropriate for a summer fragrance. The fragrance aura is solid, but not overwhelming.

Perfect for sunny days, whether on the beach, in the mountains or on the Mediterranean. Also cuts a fine figure in everyday life or during sport. The perfume is a real insider tip. For less than 30 euros (1oo ml) you get a fragrance that can compete with expensive alternatives. My brother definitely has a good nose!

My summer fragrance

As I have often described, Missoni is very similar to Allure Homme Sport Eau de Toilette, although I also see strong parallels to Allure Homme Sport Eau Extrême.

The fragrance starts off very fresh and, for my taste, with a slight synthetic citric note. However, this subsides relatively quickly and the fragrance transforms into an incredibly pleasant, creamy, fresh and aquatic scent. Unfortunately, I can't identify the fragrance notes that make up this creaminess. Nevertheless, the fragrance seems somewhat generic, as it has a relatively clear shower gel character. But that doesn't necessarily have to be a negative thing.
With the best will in the world, you can't complain about the durability and sillage. The fragrance lasts a good 6 to 8 hours on my skin and is always clearly perceptible. It often smells stronger than some well-known perfumes from Douglas.

In terms of similarities to the Chanel fragrances, they really are very similar. You can't speak of a 1 to 1 copy, but definitely the same type of fragrance with strong parallels and at a much lower price. I was able to buy the fragrance for 24€ for 100ml, but it's still a bargain at 40€. A beautiful Cheapie that is relatively unknown and yet a really great all-round fragrance.

A great all-rounder for spring and summer

First of all, it is somewhat similar to Chanel's Allure Homme Sport. But for me, it is clearly not a dupe and goes its own way.
It starts off citrusy and freshly aquatic, but a little sweeter than its relative. It takes a back seat for the first few minutes. Then, however, it becomes increasingly strong and unique. Mandarin and orange dominate. What sets it apart from Allure is something floral, even a hint of vanilla. There is also something spicy and medicinal, and it is not as sporty. It is more in line with the more complex summer fragrances. And that is exactly where it comes up trumps. It remains fruity and aquatic throughout, but not overly aquatic like a Nautica Voyage, rather creamy, sweet and fruity, surrounded by medicinal herbs, all perfectly balanced. There is also a hint of shower gel factor, but it is rather discreet in the background and only minimally perceptible. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it is unique and has that certain something. The floral vanilla touch sets it apart from the usual aquatic fragrances without losing its fresh identity. Goes well with summer and spring, perfect for the hot spring. There may be better fragrances for the pool or beach, but it is also well suited for these. However, I would rather see it on a summer vacation, whether in the mountains or on the Mediterranean. A good all-rounder that does almost everything right and nothing wrong. The fact that the price has almost doubled in the last two years is of course not great. But it shows how popular it is, and it's understandable. Because even at 40 euros, it's a good buy. If you wait for the right moments, you can still get it cheap. I paid 33 euros + shower gel, a gift from the fragrance gods, so to speak. If you don't yet have an all-rounder for the summer and don't feel like paying 70-150 euros, you can get the same quality and performance at a fair price with good durability. A clear recommendation to buy. This was the best blind purchase I made last year and I'm really glad I did. I have worn it often and with pleasure, even at home, and am eagerly waiting for spring to start so that I can use it outside again.
