Acqua di Colonia Lorenzo Villoresi 1996

My style in Florence
A high-level cologne developed by Mr. Villoresi, in 1920s style. It emanates the same vibrations as the cologne created by Acqua di Parma in 1916, despite being somewhat different. It begins with a large contribution of citrus fruits, the lemon stands out above all, but the bergamot is also perceptible and the scent of bitter orange can be felt, which can be given by the petitgrain. The raw materials are of quality, so you can fully enjoy this citrus accord. After approximately twenty minutes, the citrus fruits begin to decrease in intensity and then disappear after half an hour. Meanwhile, the aroma of neroli materializes and takes the place of citrus fruits, so as to have a continuous freshness. At the same time, carnation also makes an appearance which, together with lavender (which had already crept into the top notes), highlights the soapy side of this perfume. It is a side that is part of some facets of the perfume, so it is not exaggerated, the pinch of sage makes it aromatic at the same time. After an hour and a half, the composition decreases in intensity, the final surprise arrives, in the sense that the use of rosemary as a base note is not recurrent in the world of fragrances. It is a type of rosemary that is not pungent and not very aromatic. , but humid, as if it were surrounded by a bit of oak moss. I imagine using this fragrance with an elegant black jacket, white shirt, while I'm wandering around Florence looking for something I've never tried..
