No, he can go...
Today I'm testing an original manufacturer's sample of Cool Water Deep Eau de Toilette. Olfactorily, I am not very impressed, almost disgusted. It's possible that the top note has been tipped away, but the rest doesn't appeal to me at all either. At around 5 hours, the longevity is okay and the sillage is also "okay".
Whenever I read "apples" in the fragrance pyramid of older fragrances, it gets difficult. It's the same here. The top note starts terribly. It smells fruity, green and herbal like apples, cactus and a little juniper. The heart note has a resinous and herbaceous scent of spruce, cedar and sage. At the end, the base remains indefinably resinous, woody and herbaceous.
In the end, the fragrance unfortunately has nothing to do with the timeless and classic Cool Water Eau de Toilette. To be honest, I don't mind that it has been discontinued.
