Inspired by Love Letters: The New Unisex Fragrance "Le Messager" by Courrèges

In its latest creation "Le Messager", the French fashion house combines notes of bergamot, ink and white musk.

An encounter between two strangers bound together by new feelings and the simple desire to connect. An olfactory interpretation reminiscent of the blue of the ink placed on the correspondence between two lovers.

"Le Messager" (German: "the messenger") opens with the sparkling freshness of bergamot essence, followed by a heart note of a gentle ink accord. Finally, the warm and slightly sweet scent of white musk rounds off the composition.

The founder of the French fashion house is André Courrèges. Born in 1923, he initially cherished the desire to become a civil engineer. At the age of 25, he finally gave in to his passion for fashion and soon founded his own fashion label Courrèges. His new and unusual fashion lines quickly caused a sensation and were well received. Known for his innovative 1960s "space age" style, Courrèges made his mark on the fashion industry with his modern silhouettes and ready-to-wear line.

In addition to fashion creation, the company is also dedicated to the perfume world. The first perfume called "Empreinte" was launched in 1971, followed by other popular fragrances such as "Courrèges Homme" (1977) and "Courrèges in Blue" (1983). The bottles are minimalist in design and often have clean, geometric shapes such as spheres or cylinders that reflect the label's style.

Following the death of André Courrèges in 2016, Courrèges was taken over by new designers and revitalized to retain the spirit of the brand while incorporating modern elements.

The new fragrance "Le Messager" is available in bottle sizes of 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml.
