A Scented Journey to Ithaca: The New Fragrance Creation "Graines Vagabondes - Ithaque" by Memo Paris

For its latest fragrance, "Graines Vagabondes - Ithaque", the French label not only uses an artistic bottle design, but also a multifaceted composition that combines fruity, spicy and woody notes.

Fresh citrus notes of Italian bergamot, tangerine and bitter orange dominate the opening, giving the fragrance an energetic and invigorating start. The spicy accents of Madagascar pepper, pink pepper and Nepalese Szechuan pepper bring a subtle spiciness that harmonizes with the earthy note of juniper berry. Essences of red and black currant, raspberry and Egyptian jasmine absolute exude a sweet and floral note before Texas cedar, cedarwood and Indonesian patchouli provide an earthy and woody background.

Memo Paris describes "Graines Vagabondes - Ithaque" as an olfactory journey to Ithaca, the mythical island in the Ionian Sea where the story of Odysseus and Penelope is set. Legend has it that Odysseus, the king of Ithaca, fought in the Trojan War and travelled for ten years before returning home. During this time, his wife Penelope remained faithful to him, fending off suitors who vied for her hand and the kingdom.

Perfumer Marypierre Julien's inspiration was a memory of the smell of almonds in summer, which she associates with vacation and carefree joy. Her mission was to revive these feelings with "Graines Vagabondes - Ithaque" and remind us of carefree summer days.

Inspired by the landscape of ancient Greece, the bottle reflects the story behind the fragrance. It is an elegant rectangular glass bottle in warm earth tones, decorated with a gold cap.

The fragrance is available in a bottle size of 75 ml.
