It has something special and mysterious about it. Exciting!
Eros Iros appealed to me a long time ago and then on day X I thought to myself that I would just buy this fragrance and bang there it was.
After testing it several times now, I'd like to add my two cents.
Eros Iros has something special about it, something mysterious and is therefore unique for me.
The fragrance contains many scents and you can feel that somehow.
It has several facets and that's what makes it so exciting.
Admittedly, the first time I wore it, which was a long time ago, I wasn't so enthusiastic.
It got better from time to time and I now really like the fragrance.
It opens with a mix of cherry, tobacco, elemi resin and floral facets.
In fact, I even have the impression of smelling a touch of aniseed or fennel.
It also has a slightly "woody flair" at the beginning.
Over time, the cherry recedes somewhat, the tobacco changes and the floral impressions become more intense. Nevertheless, the floral impressions are well handled for me. I'm not really a fan of floral fragrances, but it just fits here.
It looks totally elegant.
My first guess was a rose, but it's not listed.
Presumably the lotus note is playing its games with us here.
This is followed by slightly darker notes, a certain smokiness comes into play.
Woody impressions also appear. Some saffron can be caught.
Towards the end, it becomes a little sweet again and the fragrance almost gains resinous impressions.
The performance is really good.
It easily lasts a working day for me, even if it does feel more skin-like after a few hours. However, my environment still perceives the fragrance well, better than I do.
Ultimately, Eros Iros is a fragrance that certainly won't appeal to everyone. It is quite unique and therefore not everyone's cup of tea.
But I think you get a great fragrance here, especially for the price. Based purely on the DNA, you would assume that this fragrance is a lot more expensive.
For my personal taste, I would have liked the cherry-tobacco combination to last a little longer.
