I would have liked the progression here to be linear
Attraction Fatale was included in a sample exchange and at that time I had never heard of this fragrance before.
I was very curious about this fragrance and what to expect here in general because of the fragrance pyramid and the always nice conversation with a super EssenceVitae.
What can I say?
The fragrance has definitely managed to convince me.
I like it!
For me, it's a spicy-sweet fragrance with a great rum accord.
The Attraction Fatale thus gets this light boozy/tipsy touch, which I really like.
Especially at the beginning we have a really nice fragrance impression.
Immediately after spraying it on, it takes a few seconds to find itself and then it starts. A wonderfully soft rum accord comes around the corner and is visited by mandarin. I couldn't really recognize the mandarin at first, but then it came, albeit discreetly!
The rum is immediately recognizable. The rum even gives a slightly nutty impression. This nuttiness is reminiscent of hazelnuts, which immediately creates a pleasant gourmand vibe.
Admittedly, I can't recognize the listed rose at all.
Over time, it becomes increasingly spicy and "darker".
Some pepper, nutmeg and woods are added.
This delicious and, for me, ingenious nutty character is unfortunately lost bit by bit.
It remains nice, but becomes different.
For me, the rum lasts until the end, but simply has a different scent than at the beginning.
The fragrance is really well made and I absolutely cannot understand ratings in the range of 2 to 3 or even 0.5 and is not fair to the fragrance.
