Fresh and creamy
I have a sample of this fragrance sent to me. Before I must confess I have never heard of the fragrance or the brand. I have therefore tested the fragrance completely unprejudiced and without great expectations.
At the beginning I smell the black currant - in the first moment the fragrance reminds me a little of Very Good Girl. However, the fragrance then develops in a different direction. Initially, a slightly sour note resonates - this could be the currant or but (as I learned through Google) the Mugane. The tart note gives the scent a pleasant freshness. I can also perceive jasmine, which again enhances this freshness effect. At the same time, the scent is also very creamy and spicy. I find the combination of sour/fresh and creamy/spicy very pleasant and also very special. I imagine to smell hazelnut, although it is not carried out in the fragrance description... with time, the sour note evaporates and the fragrance becomes increasingly creamy... I would say a mix of said hazelnut, vanilla and some jasmine.
I would classify the fragrance overall for me actually as a summer fragrance, because it has overall already quite a fresh character although I smell a lot of hazelnut & vanilla. I am a big fan of winter fragrances - and find the Furla Romantica a great fragrance is the wintry notes packed suitable for summer, so this fragrance is already moved in with me
