Full Moon Veil
The "night version" of "Tilleul" is very, very close to the original. A bit darker, denser, more concentrated, dimmed. But basically still the same Lindenblossom classic.
Like jasmine only with more understatement and old-fashioned delight, warmth, softness. Summery, rainy, sultry, stuffy. A relaxed light bloomer. Almost a romantic myth. Sweaty, misty, green. Spring transformers. Just around 1 a.m. and no longer at noon. Still, of course, not an evening or night-out scent. Rather a reclined scent for flower girls and wedding speakers, for forest fairies and lawn mowers, for dream dancers in the rain and dim-witted poets. Light gray honey sap in the full moon glow.
Flacon: handy & unspectacular
Sillage: noticeable, but quiet
Durability: 7 hours, rather a little more
Conclusion: a slightly darker and more concentrated "Tilleul" version, which I would reach for... if the lime blossom would suit me a bit more. But it is not quite my taste
