Carrot salad with cardamom

This direction is not really my thing, but from time to time I like to smell it - best example: "Si Do", which is much sweeter than this perfume here. The classification "gourmandig" I can not quite understand.
But then the cardamom soon appears, in a fresh and spicy form. I love the scent of the green cardamom capsule, both in the kitchen and in the perfume. That'll give me a smile in a minute! The whole thing reminds me a little of this mint spiced salad of grated carrots, which I like to serve as a side dish for Indian menus.
