Lightness of being
Freshly washed with lemon soap, the delicate peach kisses the honeysuckle, jasmine and carnations. The delicate blossoms and flower buds combine with the citrusy hint.
The wind blows a slightly resinous scent from the plum tree, the plums are still lacking in ripeness.
We sit down on the soft moss next to the oaks, a slightly earthy scent interwoven with the fine suede gloves and the amber in the sandalwood bowl allows us to calm down.
The gentle ringing of bells can be heard from afar.
Later, slightly pungent cloves join in, forming a balsamic combination with the moss, the bit of earth and the woods.
I have described the eau de toilette here.
I haven't noticed the rose yet. The cloves could come from the balsamic incense.
The fragrance captivates me with its density & depth and simultaneous lightness.
(... and occasionally reminds me of "Jolie Madame" and "Vol de Nuit" ... perhaps I could have used "Germaine Cellier in a propeller plane" as the headline... now it has become the signature)
discovered at Cleo: Top notes: Bergamot, lemon, peach
Heart notes: Cistus, rose, carnation, plum, jasmine, honeysuckle, bouvardia, pine nut
Base notes: Patchouli, leather, balsam, sandalwood, oakmoss, amber, musk, incense, oak absolute
