Modern Japanese - just not easy
In the east, a spinning of scents awakens,
Cherry blossoms whisper words, without much sense.

Tuberose is often too sweet for me, it usually has too many "bubblegum vibes" in fragrances. Here, in Flower Ikebana, it is very pretty. Certainly the combination that makes it. Grainy undertones, delicate woods, even if they seem a little synthetic, and the cherry blossom make the fragrance very feminine and tender. BUT be careful, it is still not light, as I first assumed. I can't perceive the "lightness" that is attributed to the Japanese here. It really packs a punch. It has a modern touch.
The top note is loud, tuberose, fruity and strong. I can already smell cherry blossom. But not for very long, the tuberose is very dominant. Later, after about 30 minutes, I notice a very subtle cereal note.
Ikebana is sweet, soft, creamy, warm. Yes, warm is the right word.
The base is still reminiscent of the dominance of tubi. However, now with a synthetic sandalwood note that you have to like. Personally, I don't find it bad. I am also sure to smell a good portion of musk. Which in turn harmonizes really well.
A fine fragrance that differs greatly from the usual floral scents. This is also due to the slightly different presentation of the bottle, which finally makes it easier to differentiate between the fragrances.
I like it, but it's not a candidate for purchase. Even though it is finely made and I had to smell my perfumed area for hours on end while testing it, it would probably be too much of a good thing for me in the long run.
