Good middle class at a kebab price
To cut a long story short, the fragrance pyramid is somewhat misleading here. When you read it like this, you expect something else. You don't necessarily get a clone here, but a fragrance that immediately reminds you of Emporio Armani - Stronger With You. Vanilla, sweet chestnut and a little cinnamon. The difference is that the Kappa is somewhat lighter, more discreet and more pleasing. Some will now say, yes, a punched-up, watered-down dupe, that's it, but I see it differently. I think they have made a conscious decision to be a little more mass-market-friendly at this price. They want to sell the stuff and earn some money. The result is a fragrance that is linear, but very rounded and balanced, and which smells high-quality and natural for the price. It doesn't smell like €200, but it doesn't smell like cheap booze either. It is also unisex. There are fewer great fragrance games and battles between the individual notes here. It starts out as a sludge and remains a sludge, but not without a concept. If you want to show the whole world, hey, I've got SWY and want to fog everything up, stick with Armani. But if you want to smell very similar and like it a little less conspicuous, then the price of €9.99 in the sale is just right for you. Because it is more appealing, its all-round capabilities and areas of application are much better than those of SWY. Nevertheless, this is not a €10 fragrance that smells like a Xerjoff, no. But it is a good, pleasant, stable, inexpensive fragrance that can be recommended and worn without hesitation.
