Scented Fountain
While I am smelling "Fleurs" I imagine a fontain at warm and sunny may-morning in a park. The smell of the flowing water of the fountain in my imagination is scented by a fragance like "Fleurs". The blossoming flowers, the fresh mowed lawn, the light green leaves of trees are intensifying the scent.
'Fleurs' is a light perfume, starting green and with the smell of melon and peach. The bergamot seems staying behind in the backround. Spring is not the time for bergamot-fruits, which the bergamot seems to "know".
After this ouverture all flowers after another are performing their fine notes by scenting through the flowing water of the fountain: jasmine, lily of the valley, rose, violet, tuberose, daisy, orris, waterlily and others. After about 30 minutes there is a wonderful blend of flowers, nobel and subtle. And then the base notes are going to give a slight spicy touch of sandalwood. The musk? I cannot find it fortunately concerning "Fleurs". A fine spring- and summer perfume.
"Feurs" remembers me to certain scents of Hermès. "Fleurs" is more complex and it is a typically "Floris-parfume", traditional and though a modern light flower fragance.
