Transparent wood
As if you were to cut such a thin slice from damp, freshly cut wood that it is transparent. That's what this fragrance smells like to me.
I actually wanted to order Molecule 01. Now that I've used half the bottle, I've noticed that a word is missing on the bottle. I bought this fragrance by mistake. So the mystery from my review for Molecule 01 is solved.
There I talk about freshly sharpened pencil, transparency and synthetics.
H/S is fine. But I rarely wear the fragrance on its own. Lately, I often layer it with Roberto Ugolini 17 Rosso. It's a combination that really packs a punch. It gives the fruity, floral 17 Rosso a very fitting woody base!
On its own, it is very uncomplicated and quick to apply for any occasion, but nothing special. I love it for layering!
