Force of Nature
Niagara Falls is a force of nature between Canada and America.
The masses of water fall down violently and wet the people standing around with shallow droplets.
The fragrance with the descriptive name "Niagara" is in no way inferior to the actual natural spectacle overseas. I recently received a sample of the aforementioned water and was blown away. What an enormous, even epochal scent came up to me here. I had to collect myself before I could put it into words.
It is one of those fragrances that can create worlds and make landscapes appear. Something of enormous proportions is created here. A landscape that is watery, green, heavily moss-covered and needle-filled. Watery, however, not in the sense of aquatic, but fresh water is what can be smelled. This is accompanied by a light spice, it is the tymian, which can be perceived very well. But there are also citric notes, even if only minimal. The lime, for example, gives the whole thing only a subtle sour background. Nevertheless, the fragrance also has a slightly musty vibe, but this is to be expected considering the landscape we are looking at. Where water and moss, there is also a bit of moss. Musty.
If you add these olfactory impressions to a landscape picture, it can be said that the Niagara Falls are reproduced quite appropriately. Although the spicy notes also make one think of other landscapes/areas, such as more Mediterranean areas. For me, it is the mossy green notes and the watery undertone that make one think of those waterfalls.
The fragrance is also a force of nature in terms of durability and silage. Enormous, space-consuming, persistent are attributes that probably describe it best. It can last for 8-12 hours and you can smell it almost always.
Conclusion: A beautiful green-spicy scent of the 90s with oldschool vibe, enormous durability and the special ability to bring landscapes to life. I wouldn't wear it anymore, it's nice to have a sample, to spray something on your arm and start dreaming. If you do wear it anyway, then spring would be perfect to give off a green aura. Apart from that I am glad to have tested it.
